Has anyone else had a problem with this? Mine won't play any of the videos, it goes to the video screen and says "loading video" but returns to the previous screen after a few seconds. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as rebooting without any success.

I've reported it (via the app) and received an automated response (Thursday morning) but have had no further response.
