on my pc I have an icon on the qat which invokes a macro in PERSONAL.XLSB

I can't see how to get this to work on a mac. Is there even a qat on Mac? Grateful for any help.

thanks

The ribbon on a Mac is very rudimentary and not customizable either manually or programmatically.

Can you find the procedure you want to run from the Mac Tools menu > Macros?

Right click on an icon in the toolbar.
Select Customize Toolbars And Menus....
On the Commands tab, from the Category: Macros drag the Macro Button icon to the toolbar. Press OK

Right click on the new icon, select Assign Macro, .....

Also, if you right click on an icon, the Properties... option will lead you to a place where you can choose the icon image.
