I have this table which I complete every end of the month for the consumption of items by each crew.

I need to make a "reciept" of the items they buy.
How can i automatically make excel invoice it in another worksheet?

Create an invoice format in a new sheet
Populate quantities using INDEX MATCH
Simple multiplication and Sum formula in amount column

For further formulas, Can only help once you have made a starting format. Instead of uploading screenshot upload sample data and invoice format using XL2BB utility, to help you with good working formula.
