Hi, I am fairly new to Excel and would like to create an inverted or mirrored stacked bar chart. I have 5 people and I want to show their beginning sales opportunity for 4 different products at the beginning of our quarter and want to show how much they sold at the end of the quarter. A sample data set for one person would look like.

Jack Black
Widget 'a' Q1 opportunity = 15
Widget 'b' Q1 opportunity = 25
Widget 'c' Q1 opportunity = 20
Widget 'd' Q1 opportunity = 10
Widget 'a' Q1 sales = 10
Widget 'b' Q1 sales = 15
Widget 'c' Q1 sales = 5
Wiedget 'd' Q1 sales = 10

I am using Excel 2007. I would like stacked opportunity on the left side and stacked sales on the right side. Helping me high level with a few of the steps would be awesome!!!!
