Inventory Add-On

I've looked around here but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I have a client who does inventory audits. He gets an inventory list in Excel the night before his count from the warehouse manager. These lists are formatted in all kinds of crazy ways so that night we reformat the list manually, add filters and sorting functions. We also select the items that need to be counted (app. 80% of the total value) and sort by It's a pain in the neck as every warehouse manager sends it in a different format, and it is not feasible to make them use one we send them.

I looked at Tableau but it is a bit expensive and was wondering if there is an add-on I could buy that cleans up these lists and let's me sort them etc? We also add columns to calculate the actual value and difference to the information we received the night before (variance).

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Or depending on the format they send you ... you can try Text To Columns which is an Excel built in on the DATA TAB.
