I am looking to hire an individual who I worked with before and have a great deal of confidence in him and and trust him.
He has worked in the field for most of his life, and this would be a move to spend more time at a desk- which he knows.
His Excel skills are lacking. I would like him to get him to a low intermediate sort of level (I know that's a highly subjective level), but if he can get to VLookups that would be as far as he would need for this position. I would like him to start from the beginning in a class.
Do you have any suggestions of basic online classes?
