Interpolation Calc Issues

Hi All,

I've recently come across a formula for interpolation which can be seen in the screenshot below. It works fine except when the formula gets to the end of the number its trying to interpolate with. The screenshot below shows the formula i am using and where it has gone wrong in green. Basically the green cell should equal the blue cell as there isn't really any interpolation to do but it comes up with #DIV/0!. Could anyone please check my formula and see if any improvement could be made.
