Interpolate between data - NOT WORKING?

Hi, I have a list with data for vehicles' speed vs grade%.

I'm currently using this formula but is suspecting that this is not very accurate and gives errors:
=FORECAST(I10,OFFSET(speed_loaded1,MATCH(I10,grade_loaded1,1)+1,0,2),OFFSET(grade_loaded1,MATCH(I10,grade_loaded1,1)+1,0,2))

Can someone please give me an easy and accurate way of interpolating? I have a list with grade% vs the speed a certain vehicles can travel up that grade/slope. So given a certain grade%, I want to interpolate for the speed.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!
