Internet Explorer - Uncheck Automatically Open File Type Box

How can I go back and change a box that no longer pops up? I have in the past checked the box to automatically open in Excel whenever I have a certain type of file - Plain Text or CSV. Well, once you check that little box everything always opens that way. Now I have a new source of data and I DO NOT want it to automatically open in Excel but cannot for the life of me find anywhere to go to figure out how to change it.

Help! and Thanks.
