Hi,

I've been reading other posts here similar to my issue but I can't seem to get some of the workarounds or methods used to work. We had an intern working with us over the summer and he created a bunch of different reports in Power BI, I still have access to his account but my company needs to delete his account information since he is no longer working here. I'm guessing he created this in Power BI "Service" instead of "Desktop" because when I try to download any *.pbix files it's all greyed out.

I first created a new group workspace and gave access to the people who would be using it. I then created a "content pack" for all the reports he created. Next I went under the new group workspace I created and tried to connect to this "content pack" but nothing happens. It doesn't show any of the reports in the group workspace.

Can someone please help me with this issue?

What other workarounds can I try doing to get all these reports in the "group workspace" I created this way when they delete these accounts I will be able to edit these reports since I will be an admin?

Thank you!
