INTER DEPENDENT OPTION BUTTON

I HAVE A USERFORM ON INITILAZATION IT SHOWS TWO OPTION BUTTON OP1 AND OP2 IN FRAME 1 ON SELECTION ANYONE OF THEM IT SHOWS ANOTHER FRAME WHICH IS ALSO HAVING 2 OPTION BUTTON OP3 AND OP4. ON SELECTION OP4 IT SHOWS TEXTBOX1 AND ON SELECTION OP3 IT SHOWS ANOTHER FRAME 3 WITH TWO MORE OPTION BUTTON.
IF I SELECT OP1 AND OP3 AND OP5 THEN IT WILL SHOW TEXTBOX 2 AND IF I SELECT OP2,OP4, AND OP5 THEN IT WILL SHOW TEXTBOX3 AND HIDE TEXTBOX2
