Instead of unique value filter... I need to filter data according to needs...

Hi i have data in sheet ,it will be filtered and pasted to different sheets in existing workbook by unique value in column f , column I need multiple filtering option

Note: the unique value name has been renamed to the sheets when pasting

In column f it has five unique category but it will need to pasted as three category...few will be combined

Example: it has category as number 1,2,3,4,
But I it has to be pasted as 1 to separate sheet, 2 &3 to one sheet ,4 to one sheet

I been using the below code and it's working fine but now instead of unique value filtering,I need the option I mentioned

Additionally I have to other things to once macro run
Step1: I will go to data >advance filter>unique records ...by column b( it has employee IDs)

Step 2: inserting pivot table in one of the sheet data ,dragging employee name to row and age of transaction( one if the header name) to value and change the field setting to maximum and cut and pasting to first cell of the sheet.

If the above steps can be added to the code given it will be easy for me.
