￿￿ instead of html

Interestingly I am getting a ￿￿ whenever I attempt to paste for Capture Range via xl2bb or even via MrExcelHTMLMaker20170807.
What Am I doing wrong?

This is a Windows bug since Win8 that we can find out, it doesn't play nice with MsForms.DataObject which is used in XL2BB.
@Peter_SSs has a solution here although some members report that it does the same thing even there is no file explorer opened.

XL2BB 2 Squares ￿￿

If you paste you XL2BB in your post and get 2 squares like below, then you likely have 1 or more Windows File Explorer windows open. Close them and re-generate your XL2BB code and it should be correct this time. (Not all users with Windows File Explorer windows open experience this problem) ￿￿...

However, we are hoping to fix this problem with the upcoming version of XL2BB which should be releasing very soon.

Also, the only tool for posting mini-sheets to the MrExcel forum is XL2BB now since the new forum software does not allow HTML in messages.
None of the old tools generating HTML tags are working anymore. Just FYI.

I have noticed with the latest version that pivot table would show with question marks after an integer...?
