I need to activate SP options like Excel Web Service, etc. on a SP site so I can use named ranges, charts, etc. as web parts and display these on a page. Probably even use slicers.
I am part of the Site Collection Admin and can be a secondary owner. Question is, can I have SharePoint Central Administration installed on my laptop? Or does it need to be installed on the server where the SP site is housed?
