Inserting rows, preserve lines

I have some rows on a worksheet with lines. All the lines inside are thin but the bottom row is thicker.

If I insert a row into any row other than the bottom row, the lines also copy but if I inserted into the bottom line, the newly inserted line doesn't. Other than writing VBA to add the lines back in, what can I do?
