Inserting rows on protected sheet

Hi
Is there any way round this? Right click and format cells is greyed out...

Any help most appreciated!

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
When you protect the sheet you have the option of allowing the users to do some things among them is Inserting columns and Inserting rows. If they are not check you would need to unprotect the sheet to insert rows or columns.
