I am writing a narrative for our template and the number that needs a comma is in the middle of the text. How can I get excel to insert the comma?

EXAMPLE:

=CONCATENATE("There are ",TB1FluidsB2," gallons of fluids contained inside of the berm.")

Needs to read:

There are 69,826 gallons of fluids contained inside of the berm.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.

Try it like this...

=CONCATENATE("There are ",TEXT(TB1FluidsB2,"#,##0")," gallons of fluids contained inside of the berm.")

or, alternately, like this (without the CONCATENATE function and using ampersands to link the text substrings)...

="There are "&TEXT(TB1FluidsB2,"#,##0")&" gallons of fluids contained inside of the berm."
