Hi Everyone!

Can anyone help me please on how to insert collapse and expand buttons in a cell. I have an existing pivot data and I would like to filter the weekly performance just like in the image below. Thank you.

Welcome to the MrExcel board!

Try selecting a cell in the Pivot Table then right-click & choose 'Pivot Table Options...'
On the 'Display' tab there should be the option to 'Show expand/collapse buttons'

Hi Peter, Thank you for the response. I did try your suggestion but it didn't work.

Your image is different to mine so there must be something different about your data or Excel version to mine or else you are looking in a different place? I'm not sure.
Pretty hard to try to recreate what you have from an image, especially one so tiny so I have probably not replicated your situation.

I am using 365 version, i don't know if it the same functions as yours, but it is where I found the show expand/collapse buttons options. I right clicked on one of the cells. Didn't see the options so i clicked on settings

I am still not able to reproduce what you are showing (not that I can still see much of it).
Are you able to set up a small sample workbook with dummy data but with the same structure, upload to DropBox/OneDrive/Google Drive and provide a publicly shared link here?
