Hi

On my spreadsheet I transfer data from another system, this will give me 6 seperate data worksheets and a results sheet.
On my data sheets the data coms in batches of 96 rows, these same rows are added as a total on my results sheet. The problem is that some of the sheets have 2 blank rows between the data and some have 3 blank rows, this makes it very frustrating to total up in the results sheet.

How can I emsure that there are 3 blank rows between the data on all spreadsheets?

Hope this makes sense to someone

Excel Facts

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
This would also work with 2 blank rows between the data, infact it does not matter how many as long as all the worksheets are the same
