Insert value based on time

Hi All

I'm looking to construct a formula based on the time in a specific cell

The time is in the format 01:30:15 and in cell F4 - it is a "countdown" timer

I have multiple cells that need a value inserted at a specific time, for example:

Cell AF10 needs the value of cell G9 when cell F4 reaches 00:10:00 inserted

I have hundreds of these time dependent cells and all will have a similar formula for various times, but I should be able to figure them out given a working example (hopefully).
