Hello,
I am looking for a way to insert about 10 cells into various places in a script that has many commonly used symbols that formula's use. I also found out that formula's can only use 255 character's so i can't use the normal TEXT option. The workbook i am building would have column A asking for Name, Date, Time, Place and so on, column B would be the place a person would enter this data and this data would be linked to a specific location within the script. The script has over 2000 characters such as letters, numbers and symbols like / and " and + and =, which can confuse a normal formula. I am trying to make a workbook that will make it easier to customize a script that we use to build routers. So a person can change a name and a few other things by filling about 10 cells then copying a cell that has the entire script with the changes.

Any ideas??

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Not sure I follow. Ideas? How about using a userform to accept values for the parameters to insert into the script. The parameter values could come from sheet(s) and populate form controls for the user to make selections. Perhaps the lists for subsequent selections could be cascading so that you can only choose secondary, tertiary, etc. list items based on prior choices. In the end, you'd concatenate the control values into the script.
