I have recently discovered that the function to insert a cell into a cell and not merely overlaying the cell is a new function. I have MS Excel 365 (part of the Office 365 family) and the function is available there. Here is a screen shot showing the function which you can access from the menu ribbon ...

In my research, I found references that this function is also available in Excel 2019 and later versions. But, I am unable to confirm that myself as my Excel is Excel 265. According to Microsoft when I did Copilot query, the ability to insert a picture directly into a cell is a feature supported in Excel 365 and Excel 2019. I would appreciate it if someone with Excel 2019, 2021, etc. can confirm this for me as I am developing an application and I want to make sure the function is supported.

Thanks,

Steve
