Insert pics based on name

Hi,
I need a macro that fills cells in B2 based on file name in A2 , from a specified folder.

1. It needs to add to the name of the file in A2 also "jpg" to match the name of the file in the folder
2. size to be column width 30
3. image to move together with cell
