insert photo into cell baseb on a person name

does anyone know if it’s possible to insert photos into a cell based person name adjacent to the cell. EG I have a number of cells, range C7:C27 that get a person name pasted in using a VBA Code and what I would like to see happen is in cell, range AA7:AA27 are the photos of that person dropping into each cell based on the person name under column C. So C7 would have there photo in AA7. Also if I was to clear the content of cell C7 the any names under that would automatically move up 1 cell , so the photo would have to do the same

Where are your photos coming from? Are they already in your workbook? In some folder? Internet? Also, how do you know which image pertains to which person? Is there a consistent naming convention? What is it? Thanks!

There will come from the same worksheet and have the same names
