Insert only numbers into a cell with data

Hi all,

I'm having a real issue in regards to being able to insert data into a cell which has data validation on it.

Basically I have have made a simple data validation rule. Only numbers between 0000000000-99999999999 can be written into the cell (or in column A). I have used Excel function – ‘data validation’. And it works fine until I insert a value from another source.
The datavalidation does not work, and I can easterly insert any letters or other sings... And this is wrong. I would like to keep the datavidation and would not allowed to insert anything except the numbers from 000000000 to 9999999999.
I know I can change it by VBA, but I am very new to VBA and I can not fugue it out ☹

Any help would be appreciated!

I know that it possible to use this:
copy the data
rightclick
select "pastespecial"
check "values"

But tis is not the solution to my qiestion, as Excel is used by piople why is not normally knowing Excewl and only pastion the values into the sheet...
