Insert Note using CTRL+A

How to make CTRL+A work to select all the text? Maybe someone have a macro handy?

You're title says "Insert Note", not "Edit note"
Try Ctrl shift Home

I found that `CTRL+SHIFT+END` it's better when you need to select text »» top to bottom.
