Insert data on a new row to a tab on matching column when ID matches

Hello,

I have a database that tracks a list of contracts on one tab and contract modifications on another tab. Both tabs have different columns, but also have some matching column names.

What I'm trying to accomplish is to consolidate the information into one tab.

For every "Contract ID" match in the Contract Mods sheet, copy the information of the matching column name (in a new row) to the Contracts sheet.

I know this sounds a little complicated so let me know if it's not clear. Any help is appreciated.
