Insert Conditional Rows

I've attached an example workbook.

I have a list of suppliers and postcodes and would like to insert a duplicate row with each trade that a supplier does in that postcode.

So i need a macro that takes the trades on one sheet then inserts the number of trades that supplier does, duplicates the the rows below but leaves the trades unique.....

71 BA 1 Roofer
71 BA 1 Surveyor
71 BA 1 Commerical
