I am still on my search to make an Excel spreadsheet Pop!

I love shapes because I have a lot more control over them as well as Images, unlike a cell I can make them look the way I want them.

The problem is that I want the Shape or Image to fit the cell so it does not look like a Shape or Image in a cell but instead, I want it to look like I did something amazing in the cell.

How do I get the object match the cell perfectly, re-size with the cell and, IF POSSIBLE, allow the user change the text like a cell (This is not important if it cannot be done).

I can do it by eye but there has to be a better way.
