Hello, We have a clearance sheet on Google Spread Sheet, we would like to find an equation to convert the sum of time for start and end times into a sum of money,

kindly help?

The initial form of clearance is available but requires reducing the number of columns and setting up an equation to convert the outcome of time into a sum of money

I'm not sure what you mean by "convert the outcome of time into as sum of money" but if you mean how much someone should be paid for the hours they worked, then what you have to do is work out how many hours they worked and multiply it by their hourly rate. If column D is the hours worked then for say cell D7 the Function HOUR(D7) will return 4. If they worked part of an hour then the equation MINUTE(D7)/60 will return the part of an hour. So, if someone worked 4 hours 30 minutes (4:30:00) then HOUR(D7) + MINUTE(D7)/60 = 4.5. Multiply that by their hourly rate and that is what they should be paid.
