Is the an easy way (ie, No VBA) that can have a form (similar to this one http://www.sfu.ca/biology/forms/trclaimNonEmployeesOnly.xls) and then extract the input data to a regular table look spreadsheet with the column heads at the top that match the form, Name, Hotel costs, Date, etc?
