Individual count of Pours base on criteria

I am looking for a formula to give the total count of individual pours from a column that has multiples of the same values base on the criteia in cell xx. The count formua I have tried gives the total of all pour not the individual count
Below is some data and what I am looking for re an answer from a formula
Count forIndividul pours = 2
Criteria is usingel A21 (F378)
The formula I have tried give a Total of all pours (6) that meets the crteria and not the indivual count for pours (2)

Criteria is using cell B2 in this case (2F378)
I my not have explaine very well in earlier request
Here I am wanting to count the number of casts numbers that are product 2F378 but not where numbers have been duplicated here it hould return 2 as there are duplicates of the same cast number for the product
The formula I have tried give a Total of all pours (6) that meets the crteria and not the indivual count for pours (2)

Try:

=SUM(SIGN(FREQUENCY(IF(V2:V9=B2,MATCH(H2:H9,H2:H9,0)),ROW(H2:H9)-ROW(H2)+1)))

confirmed by pressing Control+Shift+Enter.

Now able to update value in H2 with new product and get correct answer for the number of pours that meet the crteria (H2)
