Indirect not working Right when Adding rows

I have an indirect formula on a list that will change depending on the branch. For some reason when adding new rows, it will try and pull from the row below it (See pic attached) Its been fine for over 30k rows and suddenly now it does this. Any ideas? I also have a picture of the branches and staff within the branches

The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Your DV formula shouldn't be affected by inserting/deleting whole rows.

My guess is that someone has inadvertently entered the DV formula incorrectly, or perhaps done a cell delete/move cells up.

It should be a simple fix, just copy the corrrect DV formula down column D.

I thought something like that but when i do that it works for whatever is on the table. Soon as i add more rows to the table it just will show the cell number in the formula for the cell above it for some reason

Can you please provide more detail then:

- Is your "table" an Excel table, i.e. allowing structured references.
- How exactly are you adding rows, and where in the table?

If your workbook doesn't contain sensitive data, you could also upload it to a drop box site, and post the link here so that we can take a look.
