INDIRECT LIST errors

Hi Everyone. I need some help. I am almost totally beside myself trying to work out what I am doing wrong here.

I have a number of lists which also have lists of their own. I have several of these working, however I am at a total loss as to why others are not working. It should be a simple formula.

Your VLOOKUPS refer to files on a C drive, yes?
We can't read your C drive over the internet.

You'll need to provide those files as well.
