INDIRECT.EXT function can't get over then 400 rows

It seems that INDIRECT.EXT function (when the sheet is closed) can't get over then 400 rows; what can I do to solve this problem?

I realize that INDIRECT.EXT function (when the sheet is closed) can get only a single cell!
=INDIRECT.EXT(INDIRIZZO(5;3;1;;DB_TassiSoglia_Rateale)) works
=INDIRECT.EXT(INDIRIZZO(5;3;1;;DB_TassiSoglia_Rateale)&":"&INDIRIZZO(100;3;1;) doesn't work

what can I do to get a range from a closed sheet?

Can't you use eg:

=INDIRECT.EXT(INDIRIZZO(FILA(A5);3;1;;DB_TassiSoglia_Rateale))

and copy it down?

I don't undestand the meaning of "FILA"; but my problem is very simple:

What can I do to get a range of cells (and NOT only a single cell) from a closed sheet (with or without the Function INDIRECT.EXT)!!

Isn't FILA the equivalent of ROW in the language that you are using?

No! The equivalent is "RIF.RIGA", but my problem is another as I just wrote!

What are you going to do with the "range of cells"? You can't have a range in a single cell.

The Formula is inside a VLOOKUP: eg.

=VLOOKUP(A1; INDIRECT.EXT(INDIRIZZO(5;3;1;;"C:\TEMP\MYFILE.XLS")&":"&INDIRIZZO(100;3;1;); 4

where MYFILE.XLS is a closed sheet;

If MYFILE.XLS is open the formula works! But I need that works with the MYFILE.XLS is closed, too!
