Good morrow all. I am running a water purification business here in the Philippines and I am recording how many containers our customers are getting during the week. I have a range of cells (D4 to I4) denoting the days of the week Monday to Saturday. Each day that the customers get water I mark it on the spreadsheet. What I am trying to achieve is to colour the range of cells in with a certain fill when there has been no water received for the week.

Could anyone suggest a method, either by formula, or conditional formatting to achieve this result, or would it be just as easy to fill the damned range in myself?

Thank you

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Could you give us some sample data (manually colour the relevant cells) with XL2BB and explain again in relation to the sample(s)?
(If you have trouble with XL2BB review the "XL2BB Icons greyed out" link in the 'Known XL2BB issues' section near the top of theXL2BB Instructions page linked above.)
