IndexMatch

I feel like most IndexMatch tutorials are very complicated.

Does anybody have a good link or video that explains this formula, preferably with an iferror in front as well, understandable for a tech newbie like me?

i think index match is very easy..... index (from this column/row do find) match (these value)....

name Number
Ali 1
Jason 2
Trial 3

=index(name,match(1,number,0))

so this will give you Ali as we set MATCH 1
