Hi ebea, thank you for your contribution but i am looking for the direct pick only the numbers in my format from SAP Data tab when the end user paste the data from SAP. Can anyone please help me.

If you look in F16 and G16 you can see you'r INDEX MATCH formulas. And it was what you could'n get to work! And you can't sum in F6, so long as you have no numbers to Sum. You will get an error there, all the times, if you don't change from Text to numbers!
