Hi. Please see Excel spreadhseet via link.

Please can someone help me with this, as I have tried and tried to get it working, without success. In column AV I want to return the value relevant to the column AW. Column AW will return the age-grade that is the highest out of the 8 sub-events for event #4 . I have managed to get the columns to the right working, but cannot get it to display the relevant column to the left.

For example, I have highlighted cell AV33, in this cell I want it to return the value from cell T33 (00:12:00), i.e. the cell value to the left of the cell U33. I cannot see what I am doing wrong.

I have only done this for line 33 at the moment, just for this example, I will then want to fill it up and down for the whole column.

I also want to do the same exact type of thing in column DT, for event #13.

Thanks.
