Index match to match date to vertical variable dates and match to corresponding rows

Hello everyone,

So I am struggling to fill out the table as attached. I want cells to return values from individual tables matching the date on top of each table to the date on row 2 and to match items from column B to each individual table depending on the first match (dates).

It is difficult to explain the issue but I have uploaded a test file on One Drive.
