Index match question

Hello!

I am trying to make a sheet that pulls accrual values. I want to pull text based off of a cell that contains a company name. However, there are multiple lines with different accruals for the same company. I want to pull a specific result (not multiple result).

i.e.-

I have a carpet cleaning accrual and a tile clean accrual from the same company, ABC, that goes into the same accrual category, "Carpet Accrual". I am using an index match to look up the company based on the accrual type and the description based on the company. Carpet clean appear first so it always show carpet clean. I need it to pull tile clean instead.

I know this is so confusing PLEASE HELP!

A simple way is to add another column that concatenates the company name and each accrual, then you can index match the proper accrual.

For example

Then you can index match the UniqueID instead of the company and won't pull the wrong accrual.
