Index Match or SUMPRODUCT or VLKUP or all?

Hi

I'm confusing myself

I have a 2 tables.
Table 1 is where I want to say Yes or No as end result.
Table 1 & 2 match is based on the 'Client Name'
In Table 2, there is a column against the client which shows 'Compleat' within the text value.
I.e. it may say:
Compleat Only = this should return Yes
Control and Compleat = this should return Yes
No Control Nor Compleat = this should return No

If blank or error should show as blank

Any advice gratefully received!
