Hi team,

I was wondering if someone can help me with the following:

I have the below report that I receive (thousands of rows). I want to pull out certain countries into another tab that are relevant to me.

I wanted to use index/match to pull this information, however I am not sure how to do this when I have multiple rows to pull from. So, I want to pull US Total Share 12M into a different tab reading from this table. Is this possible based on the image below?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
didn't really understood the question

is this what you want

Code:
=Index(B4:B6, Match("US", A4:A6, 0))

Thanks DF, that is what I currently have but I have multiple columns of data (ive only posted a small portion) and I have to keep adjusting that formula for each column. I was wondering if there was 1 formula I can build that can be copied across all rows/columns to pull the information I need.

I'll try to be more clear. The image I have posted is a small snapshot of a much larger file. I want to build a separate tab that will pull each column for the countries/locations that are important to me (this can change monthly). In this second tab, I will have countries down column A and would need each of the columns you see above adjusted according to the counties selected. The formula you have works, but needs to be changed for each column (which is fine unless the report delivered to me changes).
