Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().

I can't see the exact relationship between Tables 1 and 2.

I see similarities, but can't understand the logic of the relationship.

Can you explain please ?

It's probably not necessary to spend much effort in explaining the real world application of your data, just focus on the data itself, and how EXACTLY we are supposed to get table2 from table1.
