Hello,
I've created a resource scheduling tool for my company that is based on days per weeks, projects that each resource is working on etc. I have a sum up at the bottom to ensure that each resource is not over allocated in each particular week, but as the number of projects is increasing, i would like to add a look at the bottom of the sheet to report back which projects each resource is allocated to.
I've looked at a number of sites and have tried a number of methods, but none have produced the required outcome.
I've uploaded a sample spread sheet here. In cell E60 i am looking to return the initial (Column C) of the project that the resource is allocated to (if they are allocated to anything that is).
For example, Luca Volpe is allocated to DS1 and PP2 in column E, so in his section in cell E72 and E73 I would like the result of DS1 and PP2. I can add a helper colunm in to duplicate the name of the person for each of the 3 rows that are allocated to each person if needs be.
Any help on this one would be gratefully received.
Many thanks, Mark.
