Hi, Looking for assistance with a formula. My best guess is it will use Index, Match & Min.

I want to look in this range and find the Minimum value.
=MIN(F3,H3,J3,L3,N3)

I then want to return a column header for that value.
Headers are in Row 2

This is also from a larger set of data if that helps?
E2:N32

Any assistance is welcome.
Thanks as always!

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Another option
=TAKE(SORT(FILTER(VSTACK($F$2:$N$2,F3:N3),MOD(COLUMN(F2:N2),2)=0),2,1,1),1,1)
