Index Match lookup Multiple Criteria

Hello,

How do I look up the Site name, Service level and Service area from the lookup table so the input result is the time.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
A1:H3 of Sheet1 houses the look up table.

A1:D3 of Sheet2 houses the results, where A2:C3 is given.

In D2 of Sheet2 enter and copy down:

=VLOOKUP($A2,Sheet1!$A$1:$H$3,MATCH($B2,INDEX(Sheet1!$A$1:$H$3,1,0),0),0)
