index match ignore blank cells

I've been searching on how to ignore blank cells in this formula that "Finds the Most Frequently Occurring Text". When every cell is filled in, it works. In the attached screenshot where the #N/A is the intent is for it to be showing "OG" since that is the only text entered in this column.

=INDEX(Q10:Q1809,MODE(MATCH(Q10:Q1809,Q10:Q1809,0)))
