Could you help with the best way to pull this information:

i have a table like this:

PA is a progressive rate
If GOL = Rumah Tangga I and PA = 100 how do I make a formula in 1 line so that the Result = 276.250 ??

if PA = 100 then
1-10 M3 = 10
11- 15 M3 = 5
16 - 20 M3 = 5
> 20 = 80
