i have this table and this formula,

how can modify it that if a/c # is blank still get the amount base on id column #.

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
I don't think that formula will do what you want. See if this does, where 1234 is your base amount.
